
MSc projects center on reproductive immunology and T cell biology. You will gain training in flow cytometry, in vivo design, functional assays, and analysis. Projects are scoped to be publishable within program timelines.
Possible Project Themes
cDNT, T cell (or other relevant immune cell) phenotyping across ovarian states and tissues
Functional suppression assays and cytokine circuitry in the ovary
Pilot spatial or single-cell profiling linked to a focused hypothesis
What We Look For
Background in immunology, reproductive biology, or related field
Curiosity, careful technique, and clear communication
Willingness to learn basic analysis including in R or Python
Training & Mentoring
Individual Development Plan with quarterly goals
Regular data meetings, paper club, and writing workshops
